Accident 5 August 2010

I was stationary in the middle lane of the N2. The bus driver hit the back of my car. He admitted that he was driving too fast, but then he **** by making a statement to the Metro Police that I turned into the bus lane, and he hit me on the right front side of my car. When he hit be from the back, he actually pushed me into 6 other cars. I was taken away by ambulance, and was in hospital for 3 months with a broken back, a badly broken leg and fractured ribs. I was operated on for my back and my leg. Due to the accident I do not have any income at the moment, and I will never be able to work again.<br> I cannot pay for my son to go and study. <br> <br> There is a case with the Road Accident Fund, but that can take a while, and because the driver ****, the Road Accident fund only wants to pay half of the amount that the lawyers want. <br> <br> When I wrote to Golden Arrow's Legal Department, their response was: So\ sorry for your loss of income."<br> <br> I know I am not the only person in this situation. Lawyers will not take on Golden Arrow"
