ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR PASSENGER SAFETY

I just got almost got seriously injured by one of the bus drivers from Golden Arrow and he wasn't even phased- he simply just carried on driving the bus. This means that they really don't care about passengers at all, which makes me wonder what kind of training they get. He wasn't even concerned and I'm still shook by the whole experience. If I could I would just ask for my money back and avoid the buses altogether.
