2 hour wait for Golden Arrow bus

Unfortunately I was one of the unlucky people who had to work on both Christmas eve and new years eve. We did however get to work till 1 o'clock on new years eve, but to my utter disappointment I had to wait for 2 hours for a bus. There service is horrible and pathetic.... This is probably one of the riches cities in the world yet our transport system fails us horribly.
