Goldburg property extracting money unecessarily from tenants

I moved into my flat early this year at a flat owned by Goldberg properties in Kempton Park and they have been ripping us of ever since,the service is off.firstly I received a lease agreement 3 months after I moved in ( which was *******) and it was incorrect,I queried it and they brought back a new one which quoted amounts that were less than I paid, when they give you the lease agreement,they deliberately write a later date than you moved on so that when the initial lease period expires you can forfeit you deposit 3. They expect you pay for maintenance,like the painting of the unit and include in the lease agreement, because the only thing legalising that would be your signature 4.i have reported broke doors and windows during the incoming inspection and they still haven't fixed the months later,even after countless reminders 5. We pay the rental fee plus water,sewerage and garbage collection but the have told us that they will be installing prepaid water meters and we have to pay for the installation of those meters without giving us proper notification. 6.When we want to speak to the land lord,we are told that we are not allowed to see him ( which is a violation of the rental housing act) 7.whenever we make a payment of anything water,rent, electricity,we never received a slip. We are getting **********,our rights as tenants are being violated and when you want clarity on fees and matters pertaining to rental contract,they tell you to go get a lawyer if you want. PLEASE HELP! I have tried to contact the rental housing tribunal and they don't answer their phones.
