Goldburg Properties UNFAIR

I have been renting at bel air place in brentwood park for over two years. Have been paying my rental timeously, not once being late. However, at the beginning of November i informed them that I would be late with rental, due to unforeseen circumstances via phone call. Lo and behold, a few days after the 3rd of November ( goldburg requires money to reflect by the 3rd each month), they disconnected my electricity, even after I had explained my situation to them!😠

I could not believe it, disconnecting for being only a few days (NOT WEEKS! NOR MONTHS!)😡 I AM NOT SURE HOW LEGAL SUCH AN ACTION IS. They are merciless!!

I would not advise ANY one to rent at Bel Air Place, as Goldburg Properties do not give a hoot about their tenants!

I have read a few other reviews.....i agree, the place is unsanitary, the waste removal sucks, the skip bins stay full, security lets in anyone, all you have to do is just park at the gate, and they open!

I cant wait for my lease to end in January!
