Worst experience ever

I can honestly say the experience we had at gold reef city theme park was the worst experience I could have imagined. 1stly. My child is 8 years old and rather tall for her age, She was not allowed to go on any of the children rides due to her being too tall for the ride. (yet grownups are allowed to go on the same rides with their young ones.) But my 8 year old is not allowed. Yet she has to pay the same amount as a grownup. She is forced to go on rides which is way too intense for her.

2ndly. Waiting lines for the rides are not being controlled, they put up signs stating no place keeping, people push through jumping lines and there is nothing you can do about it, Fights and words get thrown around with your children having witness it. People walking over your kids and when you ask them to mind what they do you get called ******.

3rdly Milky lane near the entrance has terrible service, we bought ice-cream there cash and had to wait +-30min to get change.

4thly The ride conductors are extremely slow and rude. It takes them between 5-8 minutes to let people off and on the rides then the ride lasts a mere 49 seconds. Don't ask them any questions as you'll only get a stare or some rude tongue klick.

Will honestly not recommend this theme park to any of my friends and family.
