Worst

I have received a quotation / confirmation from the consultant on saturday after making a small deposit I wanted to know what the balance was. lets say i just found out that the amount on the confirmation was jsut for one night. I then said but that is not right, and I am disputing the new amount because according to me the full amount should be on the quote.

Samanatha Ramkissoon and her consultant explanation is not making sense to me and I fail to understand. And now they just ignoring my emails.
