What Just Happened to me!!???

<p>Whether I am writing this for the sake of someone actually helping me out or whether I am writing this for the sake of just writing- at leasst I have a voice and a platform to write this down in words- and I am shicked, disgusted and can not believe the way I have been treated at Gold Reef City.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let me first start off by stating that I have been a regular supporter of this casion- I have spent on movies, gambling, eating out on many occassions, I have always valued this casino as a go to place and had always recomendded to friendss/family.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can not believe that on April 22 2017 that was all about to change- and it did- extremely fast- i am damaged at what happened- here is my story:</p> <p> </p> <p>I had just come out of watchin Fast & Furious movie with family and was so delighted and happy, I was really just so content and happy-</p> <p> </p> <p>So what happened was, we (my cousins- in this case I will refer to my cousins as cousin boy and cousin girl) had gone to go and get my other cousin's vehicle which was parked in the VIP (black card holder parking) - so this cousin wnted to stay and play some gmabling games- so we dropped the boyfriend at home and then that was that-</p> <p> </p> <p>on our return to the casino- we entered the premises as normal, then what happened was - my cousin had indicated that she was making way at the entrance of the casino (the only main entrance- there where the Springbok statues are) and that we should please fetch her there- so as I had waited on the side of the road or whatever, I didn't even wait like more than 2 minutes, I then was helped or assisted by a security guard/office who assisted us to a parking and that was okay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then all of sudden this other vehicle (car patrolling for Gold Reef or whatever they were) decided to tell the security guard that he must chase us out and screamed out "CHASE THEM OUT, CHASE THEM OUT" - with his aggressive manner, I asked him if there was a problem or something, then when I requested his name and details, he decided to rudely pull off and ignore -</p> <p> </p> <p>So some lady - part of the casion staff, came to see the situation or what was happening and I was taken to the control room to explain my story- and no one would pay any specific attention to what I had to say- they were all ery casual and nonchalant as I was literally shaking from the threatening AND demanding nature of the person who insisted to yell that we (my cousinss and I) should be chased out of the casino- and he didn't even bother saying what the reason was for-</p> <p> </p> <p>no one at the control room even cared- they just wanted to quickly appologise and as soon as they saw that I was resisting the apology they all quickly became arrogant, and weren't interested in assisting anymore - I had taken names down and who I dealt with but for what it's worth I;m not going to mention - I can identify by face- they were only good enough for a sorry and that was it- now I ask what are my rights as a person ot get threatened in such a way by an employee of Gold Reef City- and that everyone acts so casual about it as though in their minds I wouldn't bother about doing anything about it - and that I'd probably let it go, well I'm not letting it go and I won't give up after how I was treated - I nearly fell to my feet from anxiety and they all didn't care- and these are all 'high ranking' or supposedly professional staff/ which in my opinion form there mannerism I clearly can't comprehend. </p> <p> </p> <p>If this goes to a higher authority I hope that you see into this- I feel distort- I mean I've supported your casino for years- and my Cousin is a black card member and so with other friends and famly that support you- what was dont unto me was not fair and I was victimised for absolutely no reason and spoken to in a rude, abrubt manner.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let's see how far tg]his message gets.</p> <p>I apologise for any grammatical errors I'm seriously just still upset, hurt and damaged literally that Gold Reef Staff are of the least professional status of a class identification- and it is sad- disturbinlgy sad. hurtful and I am so so depressed from this - this is really unfair</p>
