What a Waste of Time and Money

<p>To Management at Gold Reef City Amu*****t & Theme Park,</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with regret and extreme dissatisfaction that I make this complaint. What once was a fun, exciting experience can now be chalked down as a hunt for a functioning ride. </p> <p> </p> <p>When arriving at the entry to Gold Reef City Amu*****t & Theme Park 29-05-2016, we very specifically made note of which rides were functioning. To our delight there were no warnings of closed rides on your digital display which resulted in me gladly forking over R380-00 for a day of thrills. My expectations were short lived - the Log Rides, Runnaway Train, Tower of Terror (most of the main attractions) were closed for servicing. **attached below - R380-00's worth of notice bords**</p> <p> </p> <p>I would under these conditions expect at least a warning to clients wanting to enter the park as well as a reduced entrance fee - simply put - what is paid for was not available.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, my boyfriend & I filled out a complaint form on exiting the premises & was promised a courtesy call at latest Wednesday 01-06-2016 - still nothing.
