waste of my fuel and efforts

We went to goldreef city from Vaal marina only to find that Vodacom booked the whole park.i would like to be reimbersed for my fuel wasted on the trip,I'm sure goldreef city or Vodacom can do the R500 for my useless efforts ,then all they could tell me was it was on the website,how does that help
