Very bad service

I had a terrible experience with Steven who says he is the manager there!! He did not want to give me the name of the CEO of GRC. He had a terrible attitude towards the patrons who come and spend their money there!! Another patron was extremely rude to me and used the F word while speaking to me so I slapped him!!!for this I was banned from the Casino? It does not matter to me as I do not live here and was visiting Jhb. If this is how the people in charge treat us?? Who wants to visit and spend their money there certainly not me.

Steven is rude and does not know how to speak or treat the patrons. I will not recommend people to go there. There are other Casinos in Jhb
