Unskilled and untrained staff on the tables

Yesterday for the first time in so many years my daughter along with her husband and her daughter took me on a days outing to the Casino as it was roughly 20 years since I had played Roulette. No1. The card I was given with my betting amount would not work and had to be returned time after time. Trying to put bills in machines also would not work. What a dissapointment. The dealers were slow, in clearing the table of chips. So slow that people were placing more chips as the dealer was counting out chips to those that had won. Then they were taking ages on mounting the chips thet were eventually removed from the table. People were lying accross the table placing their bets. When I last played it was a rule that if you could not reach you asked the dealer to place your bet as he/she was the only person who had any right to lets say lay on the table.
