Unreasonable and rude

My daughter won a competition through Bobtail , which was handled by Habari media, it was a day's outing for 4 people, she contacted HABARI on the 20 th Dec to arrange to go to Gold reef City on the 2 January 2016 , Fatiema Abrahams at HABARI failed to sister and we Werner fortunate to to get the assistance of Amanda Dembskey who is in no way involved with this , however she endeavoured to help and we received an email 2 days ago confirming the outing .Off my daughter went this morning with her 3 friends, before varsity starts and they all go back to different provinces , what a flop threy arrived at 10 and were told that the theme park had not received proof of payment from HABARI , my daughter phoned me and I contacted the manager at the theme park as they knew the co, HABARI and I offered to pay , but could she let them in , NO ! She said , finally at 11.45 my daughter climbed into the car and came home as the day had really been spoilt even if they paid the queues<br> for the rides were far tool long!
