Unfriendly staff

stayed numerous times at the different Tsogo Sun hotels and always had a pleasurable stay at each hotel until I had stayed at the "GOLD REEF CITY THEME PARK HOTEL".I will not set foot in that hotel again if I ever have to deal with the lady they call "MAMA" again,for a hotel receptionist she is very unfriendly and would not go the extra mile to help guest.The other staff members were abosolutely accomodating and friendly.They would the extra mile to make our stay special.I would like to say Thank you to the lady called Shanti and Selina when ever we needed assistance they were always willing to help with a smile and not turning guest away with an abrupt "NO".
