Unacceptable Service

<p>I arrived at 10:45. Only 4 cashiers were working. I spent an hour in the queue with my children to get the entrance tickets. We had to stand in another queue for 30 minutes and were only half way to the front for our first ride. We were all grumpy and want to go home. </p> <p> </p> <p>How are we meant to enjoy this "apparent" entertainment venue if the activities and staff are not working to an acceptabe level? This is false advertising and a waste of entrance money. </p>
