Tsogo Sun

I attempted to make a booking with Tsogo Sun central bookings yesterday, stating very clearly that i would like to take my wife and my son to Gold Reef City for the weekend, Central Reservations assures me of a room that is available and we agree on a rate, the room has a sleeper couch for my 4 year old son

I was then reverted to Gold Reef City via email to confirm the booking and make a payment, Gold Reef City books me a room with no place for my son to sleep.

I don't understand how they expect us to sleep on one bed?
