Treated like a jailbird!!!

I game here to play slots and have a nice time, but when I wanted to swipe and load money on my card I was treated like a ******** and told I want to withdraw the money that's why I'm loading it, that doesn't even make sense. My complaint is that the way I was spoken to was so unprofessional and with no respect, I was treated like a ******** and spoken to like a jailbird. I have never had this type of service at any other casino. I spend a lot of time and money at Silverstar and Gold Reef should take some lessons from their staff. You should sent Keno at the cashiers for some training on how to speak and treat clients. Clients should not be mistreated like this. I won't be coming back here again. Please stop sending me message with freebies,won't fall for that again!!!!
