They do not cater for the disabled. Very disappointed!

I just called Gold Reef City as I am planning a day visit with our colleagues. One of our colleagues is disabled and dependent on crutches as she has hip issues making her walk slower than normal. It won't make sense for her to be walking around the theme park with crutches. I ask the lady on the phone if they provide some kind of mobile chair for the disabled. She says no they only provide for fetching by the gate to wherever the client wants to sit. Meaning she won't be able to move around. What is the point? So basically Gold Reef City doesn't cater for the disabled. I'm beyond disappointed. Such a huge and old establishment. We would rather look at going somewhere as we can't exclude her for something she never chose!
