Theme park hotel! def taking this one up!!!!!

firstly we got to the security gate check in. I waited and whole hour for her while she was talking to her friends and could care less about me. then I got to the hotel reception and I had to wait again, eventually I got to do the check in and pay which took forever the lady that helped me was not friendly, so rude and unpleasant . we were abit early there so we decided to go tot he theme while our room is getting read. later when we finally got to the room and to our big surprise, has soon as we put the aircon on water was leaking like crazy, me and my boyfriend had to keep on putting on towel on the floor . and we had to have the aircon on, cause the room with it is extremely hot you and feel like you cant breath. the room was still abit dirty and so was the toilet. today I blame myself for paying 1333.15 FOR A STUPID EXCUTIVE ROOM. BUT BELEIEV ME I AM GONNA TAKE THIS UP NOT JUST LEAVING IT HERE
