We were at the gate 09h00 friday 28th only got in at 10h45 due to a power problem. Went to the log ride first half way in the que power off again. Came back on about 12h45 . Went to the tube ride after the que got 1 ride . Went back to the log ride half way in the que power off again. So we want to leave 11 of us were there R2100 for 1 ride..... after being told we could get a refund at counter 1 we stood for another 45 min to be told no refunds power came back on after 14h00. Absolutely pathetic R2100 for 1 ride . Shame on you gold reef city . I dont believe it was load shedding as all the surrounding streets including the casino had power and the amount of times it went off random and for random periods . They had a technical issue and should refund us . Que to get in que for rides and que over an hour to leave. Disgusting. ...
