Terrible Service!!!

Went to go gold reef city for an outing played on some of the machines then an employee of gold reef city approached me and told me that I need to pay some lady a R75 cause she did not cash out her funds and it stayed in the machine so I told the guy how is that my fault that some lady did not cash out her funds. I was harrested by Rapula. Gold reef city will never see my face again. They were supposed to refund the lady not me.
