Stuck in the lift

<p>I got stuck in the lift with 3 other ladies. We proceeded to press the intercom button where we spoke to a lady who told us that help was coming. After about 5 minutes of waiting we still heard nothing and proceeded to press the button once again. The lady told us once again that help was coming but not when help would get there and why it was taking them so long to get there. This went on for another 10 minutes. While this is going on the lady over the intercom kept laughing while speaking to us which I found to be extremely unprofessional especially in such a stressful. The last thing that you want to hear is laughter when you've been stuck inside a lift for more than 20 minutes and you can feel yourself starting to get light headed and when you ask what's happdni g you get given vague answers with no apologies.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
