Struggling for a REFUND

I would give it a zero had there been an option. You are required to book online, getting a refund is a nightmare. I booked for my son whose birthday was on the 23rd Oct 2021. The park was not opened due to loadshedding. The system only has option to reschedule, which I could not as I had booked for friends for his birthday celebration. I tried numerous times to get hold of them, lines are never picked up. We drove there, was told to send an email, did as told. To this day, my R1000 is not yet refunded. I even sent them a DM via Twitter, no response. I just need my R1000 refund and I do not know how to ever get it refunded.
