Should be ranked as a 2 star hotel

I spent the weekend at the hotel and was shocked at the condition. The room was dirty and the bathroom was appalling. The showers have dirt and grime as well as broken tiles. The dressing tables and tables at the lou ge area were dirty. The bedrooms do not have a main bedroom light, which makes the rooms extremely dark, there is just a lampshade. I booked an executive suite and there was nothing Executive about it, one of the bathrooms did not even have soap at the sink. On the second day, the beds were made but the room was not cleaned. The tea and coffee tray had not been restocked. The bathroom hadn't been restocked with soaps, etc. I was extremely disappointed, the hotel is ranked as a four star hotel but this is definitely not 4 star luxury. It was extremely overpriced for the quality of the room. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing as well, with a small selection and not at all what I have experienced at other Tsogo Sun Hotels. While the staff was friendly, I felt that I wasted my money and will never book a room there ever again.
