Security manager arrogant and not assisting

I did a self exclusion 12 years ago which was uplifted 7 years ago.

I've been struggling to get the self exclusion removed from my name at Gold Reef City Casino

2 year ago I had the same problem and I gave the security manager the upliftment forms. He understood to have this sorted out.

I was shocked when I arrived here today to be told I have a Self exclusion
