Rude cashier at the smokers section

Good day To whom it may concern I encountered very rude behavior with one of the tellers/ cashier by the name of kananelo in the smokers section this evening, I greeted him and he did not hear and he gave me attitude to say I must first say hello, hello initially insisted I greet him before he assists me. On the casino floor there is some very nice cahiers, waiters/waitresses and even cleaners who has great manners and respect, however tonight this specific cashier Kananelo was very rude and abrupt at the end of the day as a player i do not owe anyone a greeting at the casino as I am there to try and make money or as I can say loose money but in actual fact I did not ask anyone to give me money to play I come there with my own money and having such a rude employee is very unacceptable behavior so please can you help in this matter to deal with some of your staff members accordingly Many thanks Message on behalf of A.
