******* by gold reef city - broken umbrellas

<p>my family and i were in JHb in jan, school holidays. we were excited to take t kids to GRCTP however the rain just poured. my son had learnt in 2016 about the mine which i promised him he can experience this, we were in jhb for the week end so we decided to go in. i asked the security and staff memeber at the ticket place before purchasing for hubby, 2 kids and i, if the mine shafts will work and the historic photo shop, which they said yes, also i asked the cost of umbrellas, which they said R60.00 the security went to the kios and returned confirming to go to the same one at that price, which is when i purchased our tickets, went to purchase the umbrellas only to discover she then tells me no it is R150 each i was devastated what ******* but we already bought tickets and had to go so we took 2. we used it that day - it was the long stick one and big enough to cover 2 adults, only used it 2 times and now in durban it is pouring rain since friday 12 may and the umbrella pops, the metal which is sharp rips the material which is sooo weak and the handle pops out the wooden handle, the umbrella does close now and this happened to both so the whole product is defective - i never in my life would have bought 2 umbrellaas for R300 with the GRCTP logo or went in that day had i know the price was so high, we woulf have driven there the next day and bought our own cheaper better working condition umbrellas. - i CANT BELIEVE GOLD REEF CITY THEME PARK, SELLS SUCH CHEAP PRODUCTS AND ROBS INNOCENT PEOPLE TO PAY 600% THE PRICE</p>
