Redress... At least get back to your costumers rather than ignore

Was at Tsogo sun Theme park hotel. Staff was friendly but less caring of customers need. Room 704 was very humid and mosquito infested from arrival was ignored when I asked for at least Doom. Phoned housekeeping and was promised someone will do something and no one got back to me until check out. Me and my kids were food for the mosquitoes Housekeeping did not clean the room on the second day. The housekeepers, they just don't care or are over worked I'm not sure Beside poor service from house keeping at the hotel, the weekend was great
