Red faced and embarest

After enjoying the entire day. Great smiles, service and fun spoiled by one last service failure. Group of 6 of us went in no problem, only open spot to watch six togerher in front row, had a seat qnd next minute infront of entire cinema, NO ONE ALLOWED IN FRONT ROW. Feel so embarest red faced and walked out. Would atleast appreciate someone to atleast tell you that before the time or to cordon of front row but feel so embarest infront of all the people inside. Will never want tk show my face in there again. Nice day spoiled with one interaction. Horrible
