Poor service

I am highly dissapointed with the service at gold reef,we visted gold reef on the 4th july 2015 . We stood in a que for about one and a half hour waiting for tower of terror and then jus got stuck with people and noone bothered to tell us what was happening ,all of a sudden some lady comes and tell us the ride is closed without any explaination..i mean we paid our money to be treated fairly. At atleast if someone came and apologise for the inconvinience because we missed some of the rides because we waited there, we waisted our time .
