Poor customer service

I made an online booking and paid but didn't receive the confirmation e-mail or the reference number for the ticket.

I have been trying to call their office for hours on end but nobody answers the phone. I sent an e-mail but that too I have not received a response.

Gosh, this is annoying. They want to run an online platform but fail to attend to queries when that very platform has issues or fails to do what it is intended to do.
