So I went there with my friends on the 28th of February 2021 for the double deal, none was explained that we all need to have membership cards for us to get our free drinks in the bar I mean the deal included drinks which I find it ridiculously that we have to go to the casino to fight for our drinks that we ended up not getting because customer care consultants forgot to do their job and explain everything to us... We ended up not getting our drinks which was part of the deal Then the security who works on the other side of Spur in casino had the nerve to disrespectf and not explain anything then Musa came to the rescue and explained everything but that didn't change that we didn't still get our drinks Next time when you do such please explain everything to us and teach your staff to do their job I mean that's what they get paid for See me now see me nomore Shocking pathetic service at the Casino Gold Reef City
