No refunds no further extensions irrespective of the weather

We bought 13 tickets online for the 26th November 2021. Unfortunately it rained on the day and we could not redeem our tickets. Gold Reef City Theme Park gave us until the 12th December 2021 to redeem our tickets. The weekend of the 4th - 5th December is raining. The weather forecast shows that there will be rain up until the 12th December. Gold Reef City Theme Park does not do refunds and they will not extend further than the 12th December. The weather is beyond our control but yet we have to lose money and Gold Reef makes profit all the way. The least we ask from Gold Reef is an extension for when the weather is favourable. Gold Reef is turning into Gold "Digging". Please grant people extensions if the money we pay is paid into the mine shafts.
