machine payout and attitude of staff

On 14Feb I had a problem with the payout on the machine that I played at.The last reel of the machine was not functional ,resulting in incorrect payout.I had to wait for about half an hour to see the manager,who had a nasty attitude.I requested for a technician to check out the machine but the manager refused.I sent an e-mail to Tsogo Sun on 15 Feb .A reply was received indicating that the office of Mike Paige will contact me.Its two weeks and I have not been contacted since.
