Interested rude service

<p>We purchased tickets for the movies specifying the time and they gave us wrong tickets . On arriving fifteen minutes before the movie my toddler needed the lavatory facility and the ticket collecter named dineo was extremely rude to us not allowing us to enter however people that were in the same movies with us were allowed in. I feel like people in an industry that deals with people daily need the personality to match. We are frequent visitors of monte, sun city etc but gold reef has really put a damper on our mood as the attitude sucked. </p> <p>I wouldn't recommend the movies to anyone after this and I doubt I would return.</p>
