injury on premises

They were busy doing maintenance on a cable in the parking, with no caution tape or warning surrounding the area. Ive tripper over the cable and broker my elbow, i had to get surgery, ans was off work for 4 weeks. They declined my small claim, and said there was not enough evidence but the safety officer called me to discuss the video footage... I have to live with the *****s and plate in my elbow, and they carry on like nothing happened.
