Horrific Customer Service and Hygiene

Customer service in any regard is non existent at Gold Reef. On the casino floor, I was told to wait after the slot machine retained my card. When I ask how long I would need to wait, he said that whenever he is done he will assist. he was not busy with another customer, just busy at the central work stations. V & V service is pathetic. You wait at the door, while waitrons chat amongst themselves, then you have waiter after waiter pass the table while we wait up to 20 minutes to place a drinks order. At Ocean Basket we found a live ****roach in the sushi, and still had to pay for it. Service is utterly pathetic and unhygienic.
