Horrible customer service
I called in today at 1pm, to make a booking to secure tickets for a show at the Lyric theatre on Sat 13 June. I had received an sms to call in to secure the tickets. The lady who took my call was extremely cold and abrupt and asked me \ Didn't you read the sms properly"when she asked me what date and time did I want a booking for"
