This company’s terms and conditions are inconsiderate and constantly changing. I bought tickets for my kids for the 2nd of December instead of the 1st of December by mistake and so they were turned back when they got to the gate and told to come back the next day, which is ridiculous. Some workers advised my kids to get a refund I then purchase new tickets. So I had to buy two new tickets for that day and now when I’m requesting for that refund I’m told that they do not offer refunds and the only thing I can do is change the date.

This shows how *********** the whole business is because how can workers give customers contradicting information? Goldreef City is slowly becoming a **** because there’s always complaints about it lately.
