Gold reefs bad service

Arrived at 10:33am at gold reef city theme park. While waiting in the line for our first ride we were notified that there will be a power cut and they team is helping eskom fix some problem, the power was said to be back at 1pm. 2 hours later no power, another hour passed and still no power, only between 3pm to 4pm rides got going again. Then it rained... Refund was not possible. Huge waste of money and time, bad attitude from staff when asked to inform us what's happening and when telling people to leave the rides because of weather or power cutes. They not there because they love they job or care, they just filling a space and getting a salary.
