Gold Reef City Theme Park does not refund you

I would most definitely not suggest paying for your tickets online Goldreef city. If you have to cancel your booking due to unseen circumstances, it's schlep to get your money back! I have been waiting more than a month for a refund, the only response I get is "It has been handed over to the finance department". A refund that was meant to happen in 14 days has now become a nightmare of an ordeal.
