Gold Reef City the worst experience ever

I just had the worst experience at the gold reef city hotel. They come clean your room late when it is afternoon already. the worst experience is that we stay on the property but the lines for the rides is ridiculous. They accommodate a lot of people a day and makes it impossible for you to have a good time. We are staying here for a whole week and have barely had fun on the rides because it is too full. We pay so much money per day and can honestly say never again will I come here. its pointless to stay here when there is no benefits to the guest at all. I stay in Capetown but I can honestly say this service here is rediculous. The managers is no better Brian Macinamani, Owen Ngwenya. They make like they want to help but they taking you for fools. We could might as well go to a much cheaper hotel and just pay for a days entry. I am so furious because we came from Capetown for this bad service. Never again. Please, people, don't waste your money on this place. I have been to many places, for example, Caledon Spa. They have day visitors till 6 pm and after that, the residents (guests) can then enjoy the pools after. But this place has no system nor have their guest at heart. I will make sure to post my reviews on all social media networks.
