Gold reef city terrible customer service

Customer service at the entrance to the casino is the worst ever did not even get a 'golden 'mvg card . Was going to gamble but rude people at the entrance put you off totally . If there were not people already waiting to meet us at restaurant we most definitely would have gone somewhere else with better service .
