Gold Reef City - Poor Customer Service

Waiting for 45 minutes in order to get tickets for a show.

The message I have received said that tickets can be collect from 12, I was waiting at the box office from 12h45 and there was no additional attendant as the initial attendant was on a break for more than 45 minutes. Further to this there was no assistance from the manager, who was called several times. Poor management skills, as the manager was afraid of confrontation and cannot manage their team in an efficient manner. Utterly disappointed with the service I have received from Gold Reef City.
