Gold Reef City Do Not Care !

My daughter and her boyfriend decided to go to Gold Reef City Theme Park on the 11th of September 2021. She booked online and paid R 400. When they arrived after a 74 kilometre trip from Bronkhorstspruit they were told that they were booked for 12th September 2021. Their online system made the error. She could not afford the petrol for another 148 kilometre trip the next day so she asked for a refund which they could not do but recommended that she sends an email to ***. BUT THEY ADVISED HER TO SAY THAT SHE MADE THE ERROR . She sent off the email and they declined her request sending CC's to *** and ***. She then rep**** to the email requesting a new booking for either 9th or 10th October. The CC's people were included in the request. Her email too date has been ignored. So Tsogo Sun has effectively relieved R 400 from a young girl who can not afford to loose R 400 and the wasted petrol.
