Gold Reef City can't trouble shoot

You can purchase tickets online at a cheaper price than at the gate. After a week of struggling through their horrific site we where unable to purchase the tickets. If you can add your loyalty card the payment doesn't work, if you can't you can't even get to payment, you can't select a date sometimes. We provided a screenshot of THEIR failure and the IT response is "sorry we can't find the problem, so therefore there must not be one", what poor poor feedback. We e-mailed Nthabiseng again to provide a better response and now she (from a corporate company) is just ignoring us. I have never seen such poor service in my life from "professional" people.
