Gold reef casino theme park hotel nightmare

I have just completed my stay at the Gold reef Casino Theme park hotel and it was a terrible experience of all of my life in staying in hotels, I have checked in on Friday 10th of March and checked out on the 13th of March 2023... my stay on friday was fine but Saturday wasn't as our shower was leaking in the bathroom so we had to put towels down to soak up the water... then we headed of to ultra music festival later that day ... upon return at 4am Sunday morning we noticed that our room was not cleaned (from Friday which we checked in) and then we said okay not a big deal ... we phoned reception for some towels to have a bath ... then we see that there is no water... its the first time I'm staying at a hotel that doesn't have water... every single hotel that I have stayed in has water to atleast have a bath but this was extremely annoying and I will never ever go back to stay at Gold reef casino!!! Or the theme park ever again!!! This is a waste of R6000.00. I hope somebody calls Me back after seeing this post!
