FURIOUS over treatment by Gold Reef Birthday Club

Last March we spent a tidy amount on your birthday club venue, 12 PEOPLE for a tenth birthday party for my daughter. The lunch venue was Digg inn. An untidy, RUN DOWN little restaurant, with no play area, NO entertainment for the kids, PAINT PEELING OFF the WALLS. Unpleasant staff that really have NO people's skills. That was still ok. Worse was that the food was raw and my husbands chips came with a wire sticking out. Abida Baatjies and Jason Victor from the food and beverage division of the casino, sorted out the problem for us by giving us 12 free entrance tickets and another free lunch for a second try. How UNFORTUNATE then, that at that so-called FREE lunch, my husband NEVER RECEIVED HIS FOOD. Worse: Abida was there and she never even noticed, until she was called and told. Jason promised my husband that he would sort this out YET again, and that we should contact him this year, as he was moving Digg Inn to a better venue. I did that. It took him over a MONTH to get back to me. I had to threaten and email Abida as well before I got a call from him. He denies that he promised anything. Tell me, Gold Reef City, what would you have me do now? VERY UNHAPPY.
