False Advertising

I've never been so upset in my life. It was my first time going to Gold Reef City with my spouse. I had fun until we went for the ride on the Dream boat. Prior to riding it, we watched other people first & the ride was about 2 minutes if not more. Just when we go onto our ride, the stupid ride didn't even last at least a minute. When we all complained, the operators kicked us out and told us that others are complaining that the ride is too long. REALLY??? some of us pay for long, thrilling rides. Couldn't they have announced and said the next ride is shorter, whoever wants a long ride can ride after? My whole experience was negative, I paid for ****!!!
