extremly bad customer service &

I m very dessapointed with the service rended yesterday @the casino. I had a problem with my temporary card tht I bought @ the casino yesterday. Then I called one of the machine specialist by the name of David @the non smoking area. He then told me tht the card seemed old & he is going to try & get customer service to assist us. We waited 4him 4more tht 2hours til we bagged 4assistance from the other people tht works with him & had stinking attitude problem. Thy were not friendly @ all. We the n saw a lady who does the same function s David she called david 4us. What irritates the most we wr not given explanation as to wht seems to.be the delay we were left Un attended for hours. Which to me is pathetic customer service. The aim for us to go there was to play but we were ****** the opportunity to do so. Instead we ended being miserable abused & frustrated.after we complained the manager by the mane of Mana assisted us.but I feel it was unfair & not acceptable.
